Flavorful Green Tea Cabbage Soup

SERVES 4 in 20 minutes

Ingredients:
1/2 Cabbage
2 handfuls each of mushrooms and cherry tomato
1 large potato (keep the skin on)
4 garlic cloves
1/2 a red onion
one handful of shredded carrots
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
dash of dried oregano
pinch of saffron

Let this boil for 20 minutes

There should be enough water to just cover the vegetables and cabbage half that is cut into 2. Add additional water if it evaporates too much.

Turn off the heat and then add one handful of cilantro
